Our contracted customers have access to our 24 hour call-out service. engineers have been trained to a very high standard and are regularly audited both internally and externally as part of our third party approval scheme.
Remedial repairs in most cases can be carried out immediately as our engineers carry a wide range of service parts, avoiding the need for costly return visits and ensuring your system is left fully operational.
As part of our service mts-southwest will also train your nominated staff in the weekly and monthly tests that should be carried out to conform to British Standard recommendations. If you are too busy running your business, we can carry out the periodic checks on your behalf we will supply and install a document box and log book, then on an agreed schedule, visit the premises to make sure everything is as it should be.
